Super Spectrum Niroro

Please note that this is not a rip off of super Rainbow Dash. The reason he is white because it represents light. In this form, Super spectrum Niroro can create and objects and weapons simply using his hands (kinda like green lantern in a way). The only "downside" is that his speed wont change.
